Do I need to enter payment details to start?

No. We do not ask for card or payment details to start your 30-Day Max Launch Pass.

Will I be charged after 30 days?

No. Because we do not ask for payment details to start, there is no automatic charge at the end of the 30 days.

What happens when the 30 days end?

Your Max Launch Pass ends and your account automatically moves to CHECK, our free plan. You can choose Pro or Max anytime if you want to continue premium features.

Do I need to cancel the free 30 days?

No. There is no paid subscription to cancel during the free 30 days unless you choose a paid plan yourself.

Are there ads during the 30-Day Max Launch Pass?

No. The Max Launch Pass has no ads.

What is CHECK?

CHECK is Pausier's free plan. It gives you simple connected checks each month with the deterministic Pausier report first. CHECK does not include premium Max features.

What happens if I do nothing after 30 days?

You move to CHECK automatically. No payment is taken.

Can I choose Pro or Max before the 30 days end?

Yes. You can choose Pro or Max anytime if you want to continue premium features after your launch pass.

Why does Pausier offer Max free for 30 days?

Pausier is built to help people pause before scam pressure wins. The launch pass lets new users experience Max features before deciding whether Pro, Max, or CHECK is right for them.

Can I get multiple 30-Day Max Launch Passes with different emails?

The Max Launch Pass is intended for eligible new users. Pausier may use privacy-respecting anti-abuse checks where available to reduce repeated free-pass misuse.

Why might my account move straight to CHECK instead of getting a new Max Launch Pass?

Some accounts may start on CHECK if the launch pass is not available or eligibility cannot be confirmed. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support.

Does Pausier guarantee protection during the Max Launch Pass?

No. Pausier provides decision support. It helps you check warning signs and safer next steps, but it does not guarantee that a message, call, link, or payment request is safe or unsafe.

What should I never enter into Pausier?

Do not enter passwords, OTPs, full card numbers, banking logins, full bank details, private keys, recovery phrases, or anything unnecessary for a safer decision.

CHECK, Pro, and Max

What is included with CHECK?

CHECK is the free Pausier plan. It includes 5 connected checks per month, the deterministic Pausier report first, no included AI quota, and no saved report retention.

Can CHECK users get extra checks without paying?

Android users on CHECK may be offered extra checks with rewarded ads after the base allowance, subject to current product rules and limits.

What does Pro include?

Pro includes 75 checks per month, 7-day saved report retention, and 10 enhanced AI summaries per month.

What does Max include?

Max includes 250 fair-use checks per month, 30-day saved report retention, 20 enhanced AI summaries per month, and 20 guided verification plans per month.

Android app and web app

Is Android available?

Yes. Android is available now. Mobile-only protections depend on Android support, permissions, device compatibility, and setup.

Is there an iOS app?

Not yet. iOS is on the roadmap, and you can also use the web check experience where supported.

How do web and app checks differ?

The web app is for manual checks in your browser. The Android app can add mobile-specific features where supported and configured.

Caller protection / Safe Call Shield

Why might caller prompts not appear?

Safe Call Shield is Max-only and Android-dependent. It needs permissions and Pausier must be selected as the active Caller ID and spam app. It also depends on device and platform support.

Does Pausier answer calls for me?

No. Pausier helps you pause and check warning signs. It does not answer calls, contact callers, or verify accounts for you.

Message checks and link checks

What can I check?

You can check suspicious messages, links, payment requests, code requests, and pressure before you act.

Does Pausier make the decision for me?

No. Pausier provides decision support and safer next steps. Verify serious requests through official channels you already trust.

Optional AI

How does AI reporting work?

Optional AI reports are user-triggered. Pausier shows the deterministic report first, then you can request an enhanced AI summary or guided verification when your plan or paid credits allow it and after you accept the AI disclosure.

Does AI replace the Pausier report?

No. The deterministic Pausier report remains primary. Optional AI content is supplemental decision support only.

How do paid AI add-ons work?

When configured, paid AI add-ons can extend AI use beyond included quotas. Web uses Stripe checkout. Android uses Google Play and RevenueCat.

Trusted Circle

Does Trusted Circle auto-send to family?

No. Trusted Circle is manual only. It sends only when you choose to send a review request to a saved trusted contact. No auto-send and no background monitoring.

Who chooses the contact?

You do. Trusted Circle is user-controlled support from someone you choose.
