Decision-support boundary
Pausier Business helps teams pause at the moment of pressure, check signals, involve a trusted reviewer, verify through approved routes, and record the outcome. It does not replace banks, police, regulators, emergency services, legal advice, financial advice, safeguarding authorities, or official verification routes.
No sensitive credentials
Pausier does not request passwords, OTPs, full card numbers, bank logins, private keys, recovery phrases, or unnecessary sensitive financial details.
Verify through official routes
Teams should verify important requests through official routes they already trust, such as known provider portals, approved organisation contacts, and published authority channels.
Tenant and role boundaries
Organisation workspaces are tenant-scoped, with owner, manager, worker, and operator surfaces kept separate.
Review and audit trail
Role-based review, manager/owner decisions, outcomes, and history records preserve the decision path for business review.
Partner integration security boundary
Partner routes require approved onboarding, route configuration, commercial boundary, support handoff, and security review before production activation.
Data minimisation
Business checks should capture only the context needed to support a decision and should avoid unnecessary personal, financial, or credential data.
Incident/security contact
Use security@pausier.com, support@pausier.com, and the published Security, Privacy, and Contact routes for responsible disclosure, incident questions, privacy questions, DPA questions, and business setup support.
Legal and DPA readiness
Business DPA, subprocessor, data-map, retention, deletion, and export materials are readiness documents. Client-specific legal review and signature remain external gates.
No guarantee / no certainty claims
Pausier does not guarantee outcomes, prove a situation is safe, prove a situation is fraud, or make certainty labels.
