Privacy and DPA questions should use the business contact route until a client-specific legal contact is agreed. Templates require legal review before client signature.
Data map
The business data map records account email, organisation membership, role labels, checks, reports, review decisions, comments, notifications, URL checks, partner config, API key metadata, webhook metadata, billing metadata, audit events, and support messages.
DPA readiness
DPA readiness materials and template wording require legal review before client signature. Pausier does not claim an executed DPA unless one is signed with that client.
Subprocessors
The subprocessor readiness list must be checked against the actual production providers before customer contract use. Unconfirmed providers remain marked for verification.
Retention, deletion, and export
Retention, deletion, and export requests are support-led readiness processes until approved automated tooling and client-specific commitments are in place.

Pausier Business is decision-support only. It does not replace banks, police, regulators, emergency services, legal advice, financial advice, safeguarding authorities, or official verification routes.
